RTM Live Pro ("the App") provides live scores, rankings, and statistics for the HotelPlanner Tour (Road to Mallorca). This page explains what information the App handles.
The App does not require an account, login, or registration. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information. The App does not use advertising trackers and does not sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
The App stores a small amount of data locally on your device only, such as your favourite players and, for the free version, which tournaments you have already viewed as part of the trial period. This information never leaves your device and is not visible to us.
Like virtually all apps that connect to the internet, when the App requests live tournament data from our server, standard technical information (such as your device's IP address and request timestamps) is processed automatically by our hosting provider for the sole purpose of delivering the requested data and keeping the service secure. This information is not used to identify you personally and is not retained for profiling or marketing.
If you choose to unlock the full version of the App, the purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details.
The App displays publicly available sporting data (leaderboards, rankings, schedules) published by the HotelPlanner Tour / European Tour and related official sources. This data concerns golf tournaments and professional players, not App users.
The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this same address.
